The beauty of Pilates is that it works for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
It’s a full-body, low-impact conditioning system that can be practiced on a mat as well as on a wide variety of equipment that employs a variety of resistance springs.
By working the entire body evenly and focusing on alignment, precision, and controlled movements, your muscles will develop uniformly. This helps correct imbalances, improve posture, and prevent injury.
A consistent Pilates practice will result in:
increased muscle strength & tone
improved flexibility
strong, stable joints
better circulation
lowered stress
decreased risk of injuries
increased endurance
and much more!
